This Phase is closest to the casual market, water sports rental, and Lemongrass restaurant. Also convenient to the pool and beach. This is furthest from parking and you will have to walk substantially to use the gym facilities or to exit the resort. It was converted to timeshare condos from existing hotel buildings.
The Coral Vista Phase is owned by a trust, and is not deeded, you purchase a membership interest that represents a certain percentage of the trust. SVN began the selling of HomeOptions (HO) purchased in the desired HO/season amounts per the Vacation Ownership Interval (VOI) chart at the bottom of the page, your purchase is not tied to a unit. Coral Vista is SOLD in only 2 seasons: Diamond (equivalent to Platinum Plus): wks 1-18, 51, 52, and Resort (combines Platinum and Gold Plus from other phases): weeks 19-50. However, the number of HOs required to RESERVE in Resort Season is two tiered: a higher number of HOs is required in weeks 19-33 than in weeks 34- 50. You may check-in any day, in any unit size, and in any duration as limited by your number of HOs. The home reservation period is the same as the rest of SVN (home resort within season, 12 to 8 months ahead of check-in).
The maintenance fees (MF) are blended, resulting in a higher MF per HO for most owners. There is a base maintenance fee for the season you own, and a cost per point, in addition. Note: the 3 bedroom lock off is merely the studio and two bedroom adjacent to one another, HOWEVER the only time these add up properly is in the highest Season. The other two seasons do not add up to “the sum of the parts”. What the Heck is happening here Starwood? 95,700 + 44,000 does NOT = 125,000, and 148,100 + 67,100 does NOT = 196,900. ????
